About HR - Vision

HR – VISION Company is led by Lydia Kisch who has over 17 years’ experience in adult learning and organization development. Lyda was a lecturer for a number of years prior to a career in corporate life. She was a CEO at international cosmetics company and HR Manager at Kisch & Co, CPA firm.

While HR Director Lydia was instrumental in significantly reducing staff turnover with the introduction of training programs which enhanced management behaviors and procedures.

Lydia is known for her drive, enthusiasm, direct approach and her sincere belief that high performance teams and individuals learn more effectively in an environment of innovation, risk taking, encouragement and fun!
